Q: My mother wants to wear an inappropriate color to the wedding!

Visitor: My mother in law has talked about wearing a color to the wedding that will cause her to stick out in all of the pictures! What should I do?
Megan: If you do not like the color she has chosen you can visit a store with her and choose a color you like and ask her to try it on (try to make it seems as though she was the one to choose it though) When she tries it on you can give her lots of compliments and tell her how flattering that color looks on her
Visitor: What is an inexpensive way to have music at the reception?
Megan: The least expensive way would be to create a playlist on an ipod and play it at your wedding
Megan: You would want to make sure speakers are loud enough for everyone to hear
Visitor: My fiancé wants me to walk down the aisle to the traditional wedding march! I absolutely hate this song, but I have found one that I adore that is similar. What can I say to him that would persuade him to compromise? I know this is his special moment too, but I have dreamed of walking down the aisle my whole life and I want it to be special!
Megan: yes I understand
Megan: Have you played the other song for him yet?
Megan: He may like it if it's similar
Megan: Try to tell him at you just love this other song you have found and want to try and be a little bit different at your wedding
Visitor: No, I have been hesitant because I’m afraid he won’t like it.
Megan: try it, he may like it
Visitor: okay
Megan: Is there anything else I can help you with today?
Visitor: there is a song I want my bridal party to walk out to at the ceremony. But my best friend just got married in April and used the same one. I don’t want to 'copy' their ceremony but I really like this song. What can I do?
Megan: You can still use the same song. Many may not even realize and friends and family who were not at that wedding will never know
Visitor: The groomsmen and my fiancé will all be in brown tuxes. The groomsmen are wearing green vest to match the bridesmaid’s dresses and my fiancé will wear an ivory vest to match my dress. The wedding is in November. Do you think we can pull off the brown tuxes as opposed to normal black ones?
Megan: Yes brown is a great color for November as well
Visitor: we are having columns on the stage and draping chiffon and white lights across the top of them. Do you think this will be enough for the columns? If not, what could we add or put on top of them? There are six.
Megan: This will probably be enough. If you wanted to add anything on top of them you can consider a plant or flowers
Visitor: My fiancé refuses to kiss me when I have lip-gloss on. I REFUSE to not wear it on my wedding day. How can this be resolved?
Megan: When you walk down the aisle and you are both saying your vows and the officiant says "You may now kiss" I am sure he will not even notice
