Delta Airlines

While I really hate to have to post negativity anywhere, I feel that I really must share: I travel a lot on business as well as vacation and feel I can make this judgment call. Every time I have used Delta Airlines for anything over the past 6 to 7 years, I have seen a decline in customer service and friendliness. At this point, the customer service rates at least a NEGATIVE 5. They are not at all friendly, throwing your snacks and frowning. AWFUL experience, I refuse to use them.
